Your voice on the airwaves…
dalton creatives are producing a new monthly magazine style radio show on local community station CandoFM and we need you help.
We are looking for stories, features, shout outs and event notices for the show. We are covering Dalton, Askam, Ireleth, Newton, Lindal and Marton.
Listen live 106.3fm or online at candofm On the 2nd Tuesday of each month radio stuff via our facebook page or email the link below.
Come along to any of the production sessions to help make Owt & About.
If you have an idea for a feature and need help to make it, come along. We have the equipment and the expertise to get you on air.
You don’t have to be able to make it to all of the sessions, or even to a full session, drop in and have a brew and a chat, see what it’s all about.
Pop in if you don’t want to get involved in making the show but have something to say. We can record you and add it to the show playlist.

Cumbria Community Foundation exists to address disadvantage by making life-changing grants and promoting philanthropy. We are also here to respond to emerging need, having managed four disaster appeals, most recently raising £10.3m in response to the floods in 2015.
We provide philanthropic services to individuals, families and organisations and manage 60 grantmaking funds, supporting more than 500 community projects per year on behalf of our fundholders. Since 1999, we have invested more than £37m into almost 4,000 groups and 8,000 individuals.
We provide a simplified approach to effective charitable giving. As one of the UK’s leading, accredited community foundations, we have the expertise and local knowledge to help individuals, families, companies, charitable trusts and public-sector bodies invest in their communities.
